*Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
Architect Michael Lyons believes all good architectural design takes into consideration the environment and respect for and conservation of our natural resources. LEED-certified homes, however, take this conviction to a different level. A LEED-certified home* is designed and constructed in accordance with the rigorous guidelines of the LEED for Homes green building certification program. LEED for Homes is a consensus-developed, third party-verified, voluntary rating system which promotes the design and construction of high-performance green homes. Lyons is proud to be a recipient of the Quality Home Comfort Award for a Silver Star LEED home he designed at the request of one of Dallas’s premier custom home builders.
